Off87 is my new go to spot in South Chandler! Live music, bar games, karaoke, wide variety of beers & cocktails. The staff is friendly amd the upgraded menu also gives it a new vibe. The Smashburger is my favorite! I highly recommend.

My family and I have been waiting patiently for something good to pop up in this space! Was it going to be a chain? A brewery? A brunch spot? Nope, a fantastic sports-bar type restaurant! Even better! After we desperately drove around for hours trying to find a place to watch the DBacks World Series we knew that our area needed this!...

Its amazing what moving a wall, adding, a stage, lighting the place up, and providing a great customer experience can do. Update some menu items mixed with some new ones and now south Chandler has a new destination spot. The Smashburgers and fries are one of my favorites. Also, a good variety of live music, pool, shuffleboard, darts, and karaoke. Great neighborhood bar. I'm just waiting on the ping pong table.
